Cramps / spotting?

how bad do the cramps hold to be before i should win concerned? they are mild, slightly less than my spell cramps....
my spotting is very insubstantial brown and is seen mostly when i wipe when i am surrounded by the bathroom...
should i be concerned?
(i just took several positive home preg test and went for hcg level yesterday for the first time and they are 46) Light brown blood and mild cramping is completely normal surrounded by early pregnancy. Try a melt bath.
Call your doctor if you bleed adequate to need pad, or if your cramping is worse than a period for more than an hour.
With HcG at 46, you are still intensely early, and this could be hoary lining or prehistoric blood from your last time being pushed out.
There is no point within worrying but it is hard not too. If you hold a history of misscarriage, call your doctor and request an ultrasound (they can do it transvaginally if you are greatly early contained by your pregnancy)
