Desperate.. assist me please?

So i have be in dull pain for the past 4 days.. they did an ultrasound and said i have a cyst on my right ovary and lots of fluid around it.. indicating one burst! This has be happening for 3 months in a minute! My periods are irregular and birth control doesnt regulate, I'm 23 and a mom to 2 boys! All they told me be to take advil for twinge. But I get this monthly and I cant function im so sore.. what can I do? HELP Get yourself rotten to another doctor. While a ruptured cycst will give you aching for a few days (sometimes longer - everyone's different - mine last for minutes)...
You might hold something else going on that the dr is just putting down to your cycst.
I find that while I am on the pill and acquire a cycst I get mid cycle bleeding, no time of year when it's due and it's all over the shop. But the later time this happened I have a new dr and she be concerned and ran bloods for every set thing included Ovarian Cancer, thyroid, pituritory, broad hormonal tests -they took 7 viles of blood!
Polycycstic Ovary Syndrome is what they come back next to and it has a miriad of symptoms of which you might suffer adjectives or none or a mixture of... The advice be stay on the pill don't miss one at all. Lose immensity - and get regular ultrasounds to keep hold of an eye on them.. They also up-ed the dose of my contraceptive pill - this has help quite a bit I mull over - but it's only 2 mnths immediately.
