Dark urine? Late time? Please support.?

I have be sick with walking pneumonia for former times 2 weeks. My doctor thinks I could enjoy mono too. I'm about 3 or 4 days postponed on my period and there's almost no agency I could be pregnant...But my urine has be especially a dark pale for the past I don`t know 3 days. What could this be? Dark urine usually means you're desiccated, try to drink plenty of liquids. You might not be have your regular period because your body is underneath stress from being sick for so long.
since i also suffer with dull urine, and my doctor said it's because of the medicine i thieve.
