Around the time for my period I other feel fatigue and merely drained out. Even during my period I get the impression the same symptoms.
I be wondering if I start taking dietary or multivitamin that contains high potency A Thur Z vitamins and extra lycopene would it relief combat my fatigue and drained feeling? Try drinking foods with elevated iron: Almonds, Lentils, Apricots, Hazelnuts, Special K Cereal, Bran Flakes etc.
If you do want to take a vitamin I suggest a simple Iron one instead of a multivitamin.
Vitamins are other a good perception. Our foods do not provide what they did before we process it. I would move about into a health food store and attain a woman's multi-vita men. They have adjectives kinds of things to supplement your nutrition. But a multi is really polite because certain vitamins generate other vitamins absorb into your body better, and if your not clued-up about which does what, a multi is already set up. When I first start taking them they cause me sick for a short time, tums run care of it, and it go away quickly. They brand me tired for a month, and then the punch shows up.
