Did I miscarry, or be it simply an usual clot?

On Christmas, I was vomiting, beside a sensitivity to odors/food.
I threw up non stop, and looking at food or smelling food made me even more nauseous that I already be. A few days later, I started coughing and be diagnosed with a upper respiratory infection.
Automatically, I thought I be pregnant, since I never throw up, and believe me when I say never. I didn't thieve a test though because I thought I would skulk for my period.
economically, apparently my period showed up a week hasty. I was bleeding vastly heavily, and had horrible cramps. Even in a minute (2 days from the start of my period), I still have cramps.
When I go to the bathroom, I saw a solid bloody mass comes out of me, it looked like for a moment teeny tiny fetus, with a murky spot for an eye.
is it possible I miscarried? I use condoms every time, even though I know there's always a unsystematic no matter what. I have no signs of my period coming, it be a total surprise when I started cramping and bleeding. yes it is possible it was a miscarriage.
If you are concerned around finding out if you miscarried. Get off of the damn computer and obtain to the doctor.
They are the ones that would be able to let somebody know you.
