Depo or the pill?

i have solitary had 1 depo shot within december and the side efects are driving me insane!! my hair is falling out , headache and terrible cramps! if i tried the mini pill are the side effects similar? what would arise to my body if i changed contraceptives? The pill is a lot better, it have way smaller number side effects because it isn't as strong. It actually supposed to assist with cramps, but you may obtain a little moody at first and enjoy irregular periods. It is fine beside you to switch but obviously you hold to talk to your doctor nearly it.
i would chose the pill bc i herd deeply bad things roughly the shot and when i asked the dr she didnt say the things u=i hear were untrue
