Desperately would similar to to lose bulk...?

I'm 15 years old (in illustrious school, obviously). I would approaching to lose 20 lbs. I am 5'3" and weigh anywhere from 140-150... usually I don't get up to 150 but I did freshly the day formerly yesterday and I was upset. My mass fluctuates A LOT and I can drop/gain 8 lbs in in the future. This is so embarrassing to make a clean breast, but I have heavy rolls and it grosses me out!! I have arms that are larger than I would approaching as well. I antipathy it so much and it beats down on my confidence. I can honestly say-so that I can afford to lose twenty pounds and my doctor has agreed near me, I just don't know how to lose it! Suggestions?? Please and thankfulness.

And also... stretchmarks? Does any woman know how to rid of those annoying things?! yes
Eat Vitamin B to cut down on water counterweight..buy running shoes..and get thee to a treadmill. Case closed.
