Cramping to the point of tears, average?

OK, i founf a new doc great by the path! im cramping to the point of tears. my best friend told me this was average its just my uterus grwng. Im not bleeding startled to take tylonol even. She said believe of it like this yre uterus have nothing within b4 so for smthing to be grwng the size of rice grain can b vry tight. i go to the doctor on the 5th feb for u/s and they alrdy thnk im 12 wks presently! has any of you ladies exprnced this? It should not be that bumpy. Call your doctor. It MAY be a sign of ectopic pregnancy.
Cramps
