Could I be pregnant if my spell be a week precipitate and I'm the pill??

My period is other the same time and this time it be a week early. It wasn't as hefty as normal any. It was wispy to med. the whole week. Then the week my time was to start i stoped bleeding. I haven't forgot to filch any of my pills and I've been on the pill for going on for a year now. Could this close-fisted I'm pregnant or could it just be the pill? It may be time to switch pills. Have you be on the same pill for a year? If you haven't missed a pill next I wouldn't worry give or take a few being pregnant simply mention it to your doctor on your next look in.
Its normal-you don't get a time when you are preggers.
