Panty liner are like really lightweight pad - you don't want a full-on menstrual pad, do you don't need that much protection. Find restricted ones that are meant to be used within conjunction with tampons, and for what they give the name 'in between' days.
Definitely wear one if you're thought icky! They hold the dampness away from you, and you can variation them alot easier than changing your unharmed panties throughout the day, esp. at conservatory and out and about surrounded by town.

Did the pill disolve after 3 hours?

I took my birth control pill at 5pm and i threw up at around 8pm. I threw up for completely unrelated reasons to the pill. Has it already be absorbed by the time i threw it up or is in attendance a chance that i might hold thrown it up as well? They largely say its fine if you don't vomit in two hours of taking it. But I sometimes find when I have a stomach upset that make me puke, I have not really digested what is surrounded by my stomach at all. If I be you, I would use back up methods for the subsequent week- better safe after sorry.
You should check your pill's info.. My pill takes roughly 2 hours to be absorbed, so if that's your overnight case, I think within won't be a problem.. But why did you throw up? Did your digestion stop? If that was the motivation, I wouldn't be so sure.. Because the pill is only immersed through the small intestine..

I'm 15 years old (in illustrious school, obviously). I would approaching to lose 20 lbs. Off the pill, I am pretty festive and have remarkably rare bouts of depression ( which begin when I started taking Alesse 4 years ago).
My questions are :
1. Have any of you found a pill which have not effected your depression.

3. Any other suggestions??
My husband and I would really close to to be able to no longer use condoms! im 13 and ive be on birth control since i was 8 {thats wen i started mensturating} and i could not do the pill any... so i got depo-provera, its a shot, exceptionally protective against pregnancy and you only hold to get it every 3 mos. not that bleak. it can make your mass go up and down for the first week after you procure the shot but later the weightiness just falls bad. it helps control moods {depression}, the hormones can lend a hand with acne, its awfully cool and it makes my parents thrilled so thats good too! anyways dutiful luck!! p.s. dont use the ortho evra patch its terrible... it increases your hormones making your moods swing closely and acne to appear.
Depo Provera (the 3-mo shot) has other worked well for me. Also the Ortho Evra patch I've hear is effective and doesn't impact depression. I don't know much nearly the IUD but they have a flexible plastic one that I've be seeing advertised on TV. What give or take a few Norplant?

I went to my gynocologist as I thought I be pregnant. Well, I took a test and I be not. My doctor put me on depo-provera and I stayed on it for the first three months and quit. I have gain weight, and still enjoy not gotten a period, and I own been sour of this shot for about 3 weeks presently. Will my body ever get to middle-of-the-road? Yes this is normal. It can transport up to 3 months for your monthly to return. I am on it now, and havent have one in 6 months. The adjectives purpose of the Depo shot is to not allow your body to ovulate. So right now your body think it is not ovulating. Soon the hormones will kick stern in and your body will regain the ever so appealing times of the period.
Going on the depo shot cause me to gain over 80 pounds in smaller number than a year. It was the worst mistake i ever made. It screwed up my system as resourcefully badly. I have to get a shot to start my period again. As far as i'm concerned, that type of birth control shouldn't be available anymore. Your body will get itself worked out again. I stopped taking depo-provera after being on it for 2 years surrounded by Aug. 06. Since then I have my period every three months similar to I did when I was on the injections until ultimate nov-dec I had my time of year both months so I expected to get my time of year again this month (jan) well I be due for it yesterday, and it didn't show up. Well before i get the depo i had protected sex later i got the depo and have unprotected sex 3 days after. i found out that i was suppose to obtain it during my period and i havnt have my period for 1 and partly and my friends think im pregnant cuz i puked and cuz im sleepy alot and moody the Depo shot become effect immedatly after taking it. So the chances of anyone pregnant are slim. Also, the shot makes most women not hold periods. One of the fruitless side effects of the shot is it will play on your feelings deeply. You can pinch a pregnancy test and see, but I significantly doubt it. Did he come in you during intercourse? If not after I really wouldn't worry. If you be having unprotected sex earlier you recieved the shot and didn't say anything to your doctor and you potentialy are pregnant you could possible contribute your child birth defects.

i was on the shot for something like a year and a couple months...i stopped getting the shot in october but i still haven't gotten my extent back how long does it lift for it to come back? and should i be worried that i might be pregnant? I took the Depo shot, and have nothing but problems next to it ! I think it messes your unbroken system up. I bled for 35 days straight and then for going on for 15 more off and on. And if you have unprotected sex while off the shot, in that is a high haphazard that you are pregnant. A friend of mine became pregnant in 6 weeks of being of Depo.
Rumor have it, that it takes up to (or even exceeds) a year to acquire your cycle back on track.

i've been on the depo shot for more or less a year. i needed to get a shot close of december so i went within and they said i would need a pap smear inorder to bring one or get on the hope plan again. I said okay I'll do a pap smear, next on the 6th I went contained by and got my shot (I started bleeding and I couldn't acquire the pap b/c of it) and went on the HOPE plan and are going to draw from a pap after I stopped bleeding

You were thoroughly fortunate to only achieve 3 periods over a year. I tried the depo shot & bleed EVERY DAY for the entire 3 months. Since you be over due to for your shot it might have screwed up your body, which is not unusual with the depo shot.

i took depo provera shot one month ago, now my first interval since the injection and i get patching blood and it wont stop, its be going on for like a week. why does this come to pass ? this can be a side effect of the injection. sometimes you will have break throough bleeding for the entire time you are on it for the first three months until your body settles down and regulates the hormone that have gone into your system. it is up to you whether you can out up with it for the time self. my advice would be to stick it out and receive the second injection in a couple of months and hope your body adjust. if not consequently maybe it is not the contraception for you ( though it works surrounded by way of you don't similar to sex when your on lol ).

Depo provera injection continuous bleeding for months?

I'm up for my 3rd depo provera injection soon and since 2 weeks after I got my first injection I enjoy been bleeding continuously (except for more or less a week and a half ending month). It's not heavy, newly a continuous spotting really but I'm getting really tired of it.
Has anyone else dealt next to this and will it go away soon? When starting on something close to depo, that can definitely start. The norm is that you stop bleeding completely on depo (no periods at all). But, this can be another side effect. It may verbs, but it gets more predictable to stop with time. It's possible that depo isn't the right birth control for you. I be on depo for two years and started having closely of bleeding before I get off of it. Once I started the pill, I didn't own any more spotting between cycles.

Honestly, it affects everyone differently. The other poster had problems. I've be on it for years! and I've never had a single problem beside it. How early are they giving it to you? They are supposed to receive as close to 12 weeks as possible. If you are new to the shot, your body may still be adjust.

I gave birth to my son within August and got my first depo provera shot within the beginning of December. I finally get my period on January 2nd and I still enjoy it 13 days later...

i have solitary had 1 depo shot within december and the side efects are driving me insane!! my hair is falling out , headache and terrible cramps! if i tried the mini pill are the side effects similar? what would arise to my body if i changed contraceptives? The pill is a lot better, it have way smaller number side effects because it isn't as strong. Deodorant?

I have tried EVERY deodorant out nearby. After about an hour it wear off. I don't smell to other general public but I can smell myself. It's not a horrilbe smell. It's just not fresh. I gave birth, beside no complications, to a baby boy surrounded by November 2006. Since then, I own been sick SO MUCH! I enjoy had a sinus infection pretty much since giving birth. Before giving birth, I would enjoy maybe 1 or 2 sinus infections per year...nil like what I'm experiencing presently! Now, I have bronchitis.

He is in a home daycare 3 days per week immediately, but his sicknesses have be limited to ear infections and runny trunk, which has be due to teething. I have be sick with walking pneumonia for former times 2 weeks. My doctor thinks I could enjoy mono too. So i have this gnarly problem : I enjoy dark underarms.. Believe i've have it before i hit puberty. I'm a mixed indian and own the lighter tone of indian skin colour. How am i sure its a cysts or breast cancer? Breasts can normally hurt when they are developing, or any other time. Sometimes they're sore, sometimes they own sore spots.
If it is a cyst it will most likely budge away on it's own. If it does pop, and causes you dull pain or anything, you would then see the doctor and possibly draw from antibiotics, or they would let you know what the subsequent step would be.
The doctor could tell you for sure what this bump/lump is and could notify you if it will go away or what else can be done.
If it's on the surface of your breast, on the skin, it's not cancer. It could be for a time zit, or just a tiny blemish, and it will probably budge away by itself.
If it's beneath the skin, it could be a cyst or a lump (though truthfully, breast cancer is not likely within your age group). If you can move around the skin over the lump, you should go to the doctor and gain it checked out.
If it's on the skin, and it doesn't go away contained by three weeks, or it gets worse, next you should go see a doctor.

Have any of you women gone to Curves and had upright results? I've had a political leanings for awhile, but found their hours and days of operation to be very fixed - i live a half hour away and cannot usually gain there within time to work out after work, and also they offer no daycare, so i other have to brand arrangements for my child to be taken care of. I resembling the workout - but am wondering if it is worth my time. When i got the sponsorship, i was a stay at home Mom, and since i've be back at work, i've solely gone and worked out a couple times. I feel jipped paying for something every month and not using it. BUT, surrounded by order for me to travel after work, i'd have to pick my daughter up from daycare, and later turn around and drop her off at a drop-in daycare newly so i can get a 30 minute work out surrounded by, so i also feel fruitless about picking up my daughter and consequently leaving her near someone else again (she's 19 mos.). Can anyone give me any warning as to whether or not this is worth my time? My mom has a bias at Curves and she used to be 200 lbs, now she's 165 which is awesome.

I get the worst menstrual cramps! I own passed out before from the dull pain.
The pain even shoots down my legs, and adjectives around my hips.
What is a good instrument help near these cramps? i usually take ibprophen.but thats inoperative right now!

C-Section and Ab Muscles?

I had a c-section surrounded by 2006. I have a 5" horizontal deformity that runs along the top of the pubic bone. It's called a "bikini" style because it's low plenty that it's covered by a bikini-bottom, I guess.
I'm trying to lose weight presently. I still have a pot belly. Does anyone know if they cut five inches right across your ab muscles when you own a c-section? I'm thinking that they must have to capture the baby out. But if my ab muscles be cut, I'm wondering how I'd be able to do sit ups.
Does anyone know what the procedure involves? I will ask my doctor at my subsequent appointment but I need to know very soon. Crying over unexpected things, not regretful cry, merry cry?

For the past 5 days I enjoy been crying during kids movies, documentaries, magazine articles and even when I saw some fireworks on a movie I be watching. The crying was during stuart little and finding nemo and whats really abnormal is that I cried 5 times during a documentary about a 14 year outmoded male file dancing winner (which I was simply watching because we are living out bush and there be nothing else on). What the heck is wrong next to me, and when I see photos of babies I am crying, not a sad cry, a 'ohhhh how sweet' weeping. Could this be a PMS type entry or a pregnancy thing (we are trying for another baby) or what? And if you would approaching to tell me any silly things you enjoy cried over I might find it funny :) Are you sure you're not pregnant? lol...u say you hold been trying for a kid maybe you've suceeded lol. My mum cries adjectives the time! She cried at the little vampire and cries when she explain things to me that are not even that sad. You nouns like you cry at like things lol. Crunches + interval ?

is it true that its bad to do crunches while on your time of year? I don't think so. Actually exercise help with cramps it doesn't rationale them.

Cramps? [women one and only please].?

Today's the first day of my length, and the cramps are killing me! I already took 2 painkillers. any guidance?? I even stayed home from school becausee they hurt so fruitless.. The best thing for cramp nouns is a heating wad to the back, a hot hip bath and soak, and exercise (stretching and walks nil too strenuous). Cramping is the result of your uterus having spasms while trying to expel blood. Taking a pill formulated for women next to cramps is better than taking a regular Tylenol or ibuprofen. Pamprin and Midol work wonders. Be sure you drink plenty of water too, and bring back lots of rest.

Sounds wierd, but laying down near your feet up (like on the wall) help too.

my girlfriend uses a hot dampen bottle and it helps her deeply. You can also get a type of fry pack that heats up within the microwave.

Cramps for 2-3 weeks but no length.?

I've been have cramps since the beginning of January/end of December but own not had my interval since the middle of December(I think. I lately lost track but still cramps for 2+ weeks?)
I think at hand is a slight chance I could be pregnant but I'm too worried to take a interview because I'll be disappointed either path.
Is this a sign of pregnancy or could something be wrong with me? This could be a sign of pregnancy, do you own any other symptoms of nausea or have to urinate more?
it would be a honest idea to nick a pregnancy test and move about to the doctor.
