Cramps for 2-3 weeks but no length.?

I've been have cramps since the beginning of January/end of December but own not had my interval since the middle of December(I think. I lately lost track but still cramps for 2+ weeks?)
I think at hand is a slight chance I could be pregnant but I'm too worried to take a interview because I'll be disappointed either path.
Is this a sign of pregnancy or could something be wrong with me? This could be a sign of pregnancy, do you own any other symptoms of nausea or have to urinate more?
it would be a honest idea to nick a pregnancy test and move about to the doctor.
