is it true that its bad to do crunches while on your time of year? I don't think so. Actually exercise help with cramps it doesn't rationale them.

yes and no..yes bc ur muscles tighten causing u to find more crampy cramps.. and no bc us women r told to excerise during our periods.. soo try it if doesnt hurt u and bestow u more cramps(or worse) then dance 4 it.. it affects ppl differently!! Good Luck
