Could this be my time of year?

I'm fourteen, and I haven't had my spell yet. My doctor, when I visit him in April, said I would probably achieve my period contained by the next year or so, so it falls contained by the correct time frame. About ten minutes ago, I started to get pretty intense stomach pains, which I'm guessing are cramps. Also, I've be breaking out lately. I started to develop breasts about two years ago. My mom get her period when she be thirteen. Is this my period? nope not nonetheless, i guessing a year
