I've been taking birth control (ortho-novum 7/7/7) for nearly a month and I've noticed that my vein have become highly blue and noticeable. They are very soon appearing on my face and it's starting to verbs me. I normally smoke just about 10 cigarettes a day (which I know is immensely very bad). I'm going to cut down, and capture some nicotine gum. Should I see a doctor immediately on the subject of the veins and will they dance away once I stop smoking? Okay, I clicked on this question, because I too be curious about the answer. I be really annoyed by the answers you have gotten so far. I just now quit smoking and damn it it isn't easy. You know you should quit and are taking steps to do a moment ago that, so why is everyone answering your question beside what you already know!?
Argh! Anyway, I'm not a doctor so what I am about to speak are just my thoughts on why this could arise. You should still consult your doctor.
The pills you are taking could cause swelling or skin discoloration which could mete out your veins to be more prominent looking. However the swelling doesn't usually surface on the face. Smoking reduce the amount of oxygen going to your lungs and veins as very well so this can also change a vein appearance.
Again, I'm no doctor and normally I stay away from medical interview because I have no business answering them since I am not one, but I merely had to donate you more of an answer than ," quit smoking!" Hopefully, someone after me can give you a more professional inference.
After I posted the person above me give you a deccent answer so KUDOS TO HER! My vote for best answer so far goes to her!
you should quit smoking...call a halt of story.oh and call your dr. if you are concerned...you know smoking constricts your blood vesils
