Could any of this be signs of pregnancy?

Iv'e been have tummy cramps and feeling sick since 4am this morning, i woke up because I be in cramp due to what Im pretty sure is a cracked rib but when i woke up i needed to go to the loo, after anyone up for about a min i started getting really impossible cramps in by lower tummy and i feel sick. Iv'e also had headache for about the closing two weeks which i think is hayfever (even though i havent have it before) anyway i took buscapan for my tummy and nurophin for my headache but all morning I have still have a dull ache surrounded by my tummy and still feel a bit sick.
Im not sure if these are signs of pregnancy or my body just hate me. I have be on antibiodics twice in the closing month once for kidney pain that we thought be a UTI but results came final negative and once for a really unpromising flu I got at chrismas, I also touch miserable about anyone sick all the time. If I did grasp pregnant while on antibiotics would it be harmful to the little one? If you havemissed you period it is possible. But you mention that you may enjoy a cracked rib. Make sure you do have any other internal injuries and see your doc. Otherwise this could lately be PMS.
