Control hips size?

My girl friend's hips are about 40-41 surrounded by size and I wanted to cut them atleast 3-4 inches. Sometimes I feel little embarrased coz of this : (
Can someone please direction? *Ahem* my hips is around that size. That's not big! If you are embarassed around your girlfriend, imagine how she would touch when she found out the reason you are looking away everytime she's around you
Why? That's open-handed of mean that you wanna metamorphose her.
